Birds Eye Roofing is excited to welcome Bailey Clayton as our new roof replacement project manager.  Bailey will help oversee both roof replacement residential jobs as well as our commercial projects.

Roofing Project Manager

Bailey is a recent college graduate, gaining his bachelor degree in history from Mars Hill University in Mars Hill, North Carolina. Bailey attended the institution from 2017-2021 and was on scholarship through the collegiate clogging team, the Bailey Mountain Cloggers. There Bailey continued his love for the traditional Appalachian dance form of clogging with the 30 time national champion team. He also won 8 national male solo titles through clogging, and has gotten to perform for many notable domestic venues, as well as traveled internationally to represent the United States at cultural dance events.

Bailey is engaged to his fiancé, also a Mars Hill graduate and Bailey Mountain member, through clogging. The two are set to be married later this year, and are excited to tackle a new phase of life together, with hopes of running her parents successful clogging studio, Powertaps.

Birds Eye Roofing is happy to welcome Bailey into the company, and is eager to see how he grows into his new role as the roofing project manager.  Bailey will be responsible for overseeing the material delivery to jobsites, managing materials during the roof replacement, and performing quality control.  His main priority however will be ensuring a strong customer experience via consistent communication and identifying any areas of improvement during the job.

Our company values team members with such great credentials, upbringing, and community involvement.  We hope our customers experience our values in hiring good people to the company in an effort to make every roofing experience great. Please contact our company, or Bailey when he is onsite, with any questions! We look forward to serving you soon.
