The roof was identified as damaged from Hail during the selling of our home and Birdseye took the burden of this curve ball off my wife’s and my shoulders. After our initial interface with the insurance company Birdseye followed up with them to make sure all costs were covered. The timeliness, quality and most importantly the cleanup was Top Notch and again made a challenging event, during a trying time, occur with minimal impact. What is even MORE IMPRESSIVE was how AWESOME the roof (and gutters) looked after the work was completed. In addition to my comments above it is important to note that Birdseye worked with the New Homeowners to make sure they were pleased with the type, color and style of the new roof. They did a fantastic job starting with the roof inspection, provided options and ultimately the complete roof replacement (including chimney repair/custom pan and back porch skylight replacement). This was not a checklist project and required significant knowledge and experience to be able to put together the best solution for our house and family finances. Calvin brings his drone over so you can see exactly what condition your roof is in. And, if you have any questions, Calvin has an honest accurate answer for you. This was the easiest, most stress free roof replacement we have ever done. We had our roof and gutters replaced, and we are so pleased with the end result! Calvin is easy to work with, and his team is amazing to watch! The crew is a well oiled machine, and they did an outstanding job. They do everything the way it should be done, truly professional. There were up to 12 people on site at one point, and they are so well organized it was like watching choreography. They were also so very neat and tidy before, during, and after. We had several heavy rain days as soon as our roof was installed, and it was no problem for our roof. What a relief to know a roofing company you can trust and recommend.
